Unauthorized debit orders

Is there a reason why Capitec cannot follow on this frequent R99 debits that keeps going from user accounts every month?? This SINGHS CC SB147###..... This happened to me again today, for the third time and very sad to see that Capitec is not taking this guys on for abusing their clients accounts that are actually supposed to be safe with in the first place. or are we sitting on that R40 charge capitec?? waiting to make some few grands before we look into this *****?? very frustrating to check statements online every month with hope of not finding this depressing ********** activities.
