Unauthorized debit orders

Good day

I have a issue with Capitec, my husband has debit orders going off his account that he did not authorize it is now 3 months , we went to the bank and he was told there is nothing that can be done and that it is a debi check that he authorized which is not true, however we tried to locate the people and we can't, this is ***** on his account and I expect an answer and this is a fault on Capitec side, should it not get sorted and the money reversed there is going to be hell
