Unauthorized Debit order on my account

I realized this morning that my money was missing due to an unauthorized debit order by Servexrec, which they took R98 then sometime later again debited another R98. I think they specifically take an amount less than a hundred bucks because it will not prompt any sms notification. Now you guys (CAPITEC) charged me R30 for debit order reversal and R7 for debit order fees of which was my last money and I'm on a student budget. Kindly block this debit order to never go through again as I did not give out my information and/or banking details for debit orders on my Capitec account, and now I'm uncomfortable to even put money in this account even though it's the cheapest. I don’t understand where this “********” got my banking accounts and who authorized their transaction since I didn’t grant that permission. I need this matter to be resolved as its costing me money that I don’t even have and with this economy, it makes matters even worse.
