Unauthorized Debit Order

I have seen an unauthorized debit order from my account paid to ABSA. The transaction amounted to about R1120. When I called in and spoke to one of the agents, I was simple advised that ABSA may have amended an existing debit order.

My question is "Who approved the debit order/changes"? There are two transactions, one approved by myself and the other only God/Capitec knows. Capitec couldn't tell me | In their defense they merely told me some debit orders are auto approved.

I personally feel like my money isn't safe.
