Unauthorized debit Order, capitec won't pay it back

<p>Money was withdrawn from my account in dec, first It took time for me to receive feedback, and when I get feedback they tell me they won't pay it back as it was my fAult as I gave someone my pin and took time to report it, if it happened at 2am n I notice at 6 am that the money is gone when I wake up, how could I have reported it sooner? they say I.must open a ********.case to trace the person. officially closing my account with capitec, will never ever use this bank. my money will never be safe. even if u inform capitec that no one knows your pin, they still think.u gave someone your pin, I.mean how can a withdrawal take place whereas my card was with me.</p>
