Unauthorized debit order

I have a problem with Capitec especially with the debit order that can't be disputed or reversed. Last month I was receiving uif funds and immediately when the money came through unknown debit took my money and I immediately called capitec and they said there's nothing they can do. I went to the branch the following day and they also said there's nothing they can do. That means I won't get my money back. I'm so disappointed and this is second time I got ****med money on my account with no help from capitec bank.
