UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

I'm not happy with the amount of unauthorized debit orders. I usually get a pop up message to approve/ authorize a debit order before it goes off for the first time, I don't understand why I have to dispute unauthorized debit orders every 2-3 months. Why isn't capitac protecting its clients?
