Unauthorized Debit Order

I have tried several times to reverse a debit order that just went off my account it gives me an error that says "Debit order cannot be disputed " i have also tried to stop the debit order it gives me an error " debit order cannot be stopped". Whats the point of having an app if you cannot do anything on the app...this debit order was not suppose to go off as the account is being paid via eft. I do not understand why capitec has such useless options on their apps..i need to stop this debit order and reverse my money into my account ASAP R350 is alot these days. We are currently facing a pandemic as a country yet people ***** around other peoplea hard work... contact me on *** or email me ***. as i do not have time to go to a branch!
