Unauthorized Debit order

I'm highly disappointed with Capitec bank they Debited my account without my consent on the 1st of February for a funeral policy that was cancelled within 30days, I contacted them and now it's been stories after stories ever since trust me when I say Capitec bank is *****ing people's money
