Unauthorized debit order
On the 15th of January 2023 an amount of R6700 was debited in my account and I went to capitec branch to report the ***** case and I was promised that the amount will be stopped and investigation will take at least 7 days. To may surprise on the 15th of February another amount of 8000.56 was debited and capitec is unable to reverse my money
