Unauthorized debit order

Capitec has done it again. Sometimes one just wonder is the debit orders that us as clients dont have anything to do with its them that authorize them for their benefit there was a debit order that once bothered me sometime last year of R89. 99 it was stopped again it has started yesterday R89. 99 was debited without my Authorization who should we trust if banks allow such things and everytime i reverse the debit i dont get what was debited endup getting half of the amount. Onetime Ot310119s0 ********** 31naedo Dr ********** 772 the reference for the ****** that debited my account without me authorizing it. Need this debit order to be stopped with immediate effect
