UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER
My wife had unauthorized debit orders in march 2018 for R6000 in one day, they debited R3000 & R3000. Till today capitec bank haven't refunded her & they say there's nothing they can do, we have to open a ***** case with the South African police service, which we did and they told her that the bank must investigate and refund her but capitec is doing nothing. DON'T TRUST CAPITEC WITH YOUR MONEY GUYS!
