unauthorized debit order

<p>LFSA debited my account twice yesterday and this is unfair,ive been using capitec for a long time is this a sign that i must change my bank account?how can someone debit my account without my authorisation ,im very disappointed and i want my money back asap , i rather get more charges from FNB than low charges with unauthorised debit orders.</p>
