Unauthorized debit on my credit card
I asked capitec to block my credit card so that the unauthorized debit can stop however this morning when i checked my app i realized that the debit orders are still happening even though I requested my card be blocked

11 Jul 2022, 15:50I have been waiting for someone to assist since the 5/6th july and took date no phone call from you so I'm not holding my breath however I will not be paying those charges cos I requested you block the card but you didn't
