Unauthorized debit oder
My sisters account was debited by a Microsoft company that she never signed up for and at capitec they say they done know the company yet how was a purches made online with my sisters card and they even gained access to her CVV while she had her card on her now they charged her R80 for investing the matter and they tell her it will take weeks which I don't understand how does it take so much time to get your money back, we suspect flow play here, capitec service and banking security is such a disappointment

02 Dec 2022, 21:00I don't understand the security of this bank at all my sisters account was debited again frome the same company after my sister went to the back to change his pin, card even his account number yet I don't understand why this is happening, am starting to thing this is happening from the inside, banking security is too weak. Complained last month then it happens again this month this is not on at all
