Unauthorized debit date.
I took out a funeral plan with capitec and made my payment date to be the 28 this morning I received money in my account then capitec decided to debit the funeral plan premium today.can I please have this issue resolved as the money I got on my account was for other matters.it is not everyone that gets paid early in december.capitec should have called me first and asked me if I wanted my premium to be debit early or on normal date I selected.

15 Dec 2022, 08:32Can you just refund me my cash back and let my debit order run on the 28 as i wanted it that way.the decent thing that you could have done was to call me and ask for my approval before debiting me this morning.
