Unauthorized debit check

So capitec bank authorize a debit check on my account without my permission? How do you guys do that? That's ***** my money is not safe there then. I've never seen this kind of incompetence in my life, like how does Capitec do that to us a s consumers? I want my money back with no additional charges it's not my problem that you ***********
