Unauthorized debit

I have any unauthorized debit on my account from Doublejce. I don’t even know who those people and this is annoying because again to reverse that debit order I’m going to be charged yet I did not authorize this. Last month I also had an unauthorized from another ******* and reversed it. I’m just wondering if Capitec has so much cracks if this will be an ongoing thing.
