Unauthorized debi

My money was debited without my authority, I called capitec bank they failed reversing it for me . Everyone has been complaining about this Clientele that is debiting money but they failing to reverse it. I want my money back because I have never had any debit order, I'm not even working to have debit orders. This was my baby transport money sent, I want my money back. Capitec is failing to protect our monies. They telling me about opening a case which will take forever.
