UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CHECKS/INQUIRIES ON MY NAME

For the past 6 months capitec bank have been running credit checks in my name without my permission, so far you guys ran X3 credit checks i never authorized any of those, after running such a check you then call me telling me about the loan offers and i keep telling you guys, if i want a loan i know how and where to contact you guys, my credit score is being affected day in day out because of these unauthorized credit checks you guys perform, i have been sending email attaching my credit report for you to remove those inquiries from my profile with no reply, i wonder if you guys know how you are ruining my life wit these unauthorized credit checks, its not on guys.
