Unauthorized card transactions

I am banking with Capitec for years but my recent experience has convinced me to move my account to Absa. My husband had a *****ulent transaction that went of his account and Absa resolved his query with in a day. They paid back his money and his bank charges. I had a *****ulent transaction trying to go off my account for the past 5 months.i phoned the ***** department at capitec and reported it. I warned them about this people trying to deduct the money and they said they will investigate and get back to me. I phoned 3 times since January till now and no one has gotten back to me. Last night they try to deduct the money again and this time succeeded. Now they tell me I have to get a new card again as I had change last year due to unauthorized debit orders. But I have to pay the charges. In the mean time I am also responsible for the R3 charges for when this transactions did not go through they even sometimes tried 2 to 3 times a day... R3 everything. And when I said I don't agree that they will keep me responsible of a R80 charge. They told me then they can't investigate the case. And I have to wait 7 to 14 days before I can get my money back... maybe. My brother had the Sam thing happening to him in February and he is still waiting on the investigation that was suppose to take 7 to 14 days. So, one this says my money is not save with capitec , 2 with all the unauthorized card transactions people are complaining about this is telling me it is a inside job. And 3 I will get better service with absa where I know my complaints will be taken seriously and my money is safer.
