Unauthorized card purchase
Late January 2021 I lost my bank card and stopped it using my app, went to the branch and got a new card. Today (12/02/2021) woke up 4:30 and noticed a sms saying I made a card purchase from honeydew Baku AZAZ, that time I don't even know where or what honeydew is, when I Google it shows gauteng and I live in Mpumalanga more than 300km away, I contacted capitec to reverse the transaction but they said I need a case and they don't guarantee that I will get my money back. Why do I have to open a bank account if my money is not safe in the bank
