Unauthorised transactions on my card

My Capitec card was ****** and unauthorised transactions we done by tapping totalling R770, I stopped the card as soon as I realised, opened a ***** case at the police station, and also emailed capitec within 2 days, the ***** department says they can't help me further even when I can prove that I wasn't the one who did the transactions, the tapping (no pin) the location where they tapped , and my location were totally different , I was also left hanging on the phone for about 15 minutes when I asked to speak to the manager which very unprofessional , I'm asking for a formal investigation and a refund
