UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION

My Capitec banking app got hacked after I did a sim swap. The hackers transferred R22000 from my Capitec account, When I noticed what had happened, I immediately called the bank but it was too late to Salvage the money because it had been immediately withdrawn. I opened a case with the police who are still investigating but in the meantime a few days later, Capitec came back to me refusing to give me a refund. Claiming why I didn't notify them on time now they giving me a number to call, with what money? my entire money is gone with the ******* that was not given an authorization by me. Why is it that everyone who gets hacked their money ends up in a Capitec bank account then gets withdrawn from there. My wish is for Capitec to be banned and shut down because nothing is secure with this bank. I want my money and Capitec must pay. I entrusted them with my money
