Unauthorised transaction

In the early hours of the morning on the 8th of Feb a transaction was made from my grandma's account of R1300 roughly to a place called Mac and Things Centurion. I have noticed that she is not the only victim but there's also been an increase in people who have had unauthorized transactions whether to Uber or other places. We would like assistance in finding out what happened, why it happened and what is being done to solve this issue as this is not an isolated event. We would also like to know if Capitec will be compensating us for this. Her card was not ****** and we've been using online payments for the longest time without any issue. So either her card was hacked, which is unlikely or there's a breach in your system that needs urgent attention. Again this is not an isolated incident, it's happened to me, my friends mad now my retired grandmother.
