Unauthorised transaction

Capitec takes forever to dispute a transaction,I made a purchase on a merchant and the transaction was complete and Capitec allowed a master card to request a fund to be debited from my account that's really frustrating, it's like those consultants are not experienced at all ,some says it will take 14days ,other consultant said 30days and other said 40days that's so boring.

It's like capitec bank to resolve a query you have to fight for your money , there are so many loop holes to this bank.

Am really feedback, it's like you have to teach them how do to their job.
