Unauthorised submissions/ purchases google * tik tok

Good day I noticed an amount of R20.75 being debited in my Capitec account with a reference of google* tik tok.i have not subscribed to any google services I then went to the Capitec branch in eTheku plaza . I explained the matter to the lady at reception because she asked me how can they help she then told me it’s asked me to open my app which I did and show her. She then said it’s an online purchase I told her no can someone check what is going on in my account she gave me a ticket . When it was my turn the gentleman opened their system and told me it’s an online subscription I told him I don’t have one and what bothers me is that this payment goes off taking this R20,75 repeatedly until there is no money in the account and I get the notification when it’s saying insufficient funds please help me get my money back still today it’s still charging me for insufficient funds cos I blocked the card and left the balance at 0 I’m now scared to use this account because of this .
