Unauthorised Payments on Credit Card
I went to Capitec bank to report a ********** payment that went off from my credit card even though i have never used credit card to make online payments and my card has always been with me, transaction was as follows " Capitec: Pre Authorisation -R110.18 from CREDIT CARD; Ref UBER *PENDING FRANCISCOAUS;..." I was told that matter will be investigated and I will be charged R84,00 even if the investigation is not successful! I am very disappointed because they are supposed to protect our money.
