Unauthorised Deductions and Theft!!!!

An amount of R2300 was deducted from my Capitec savings account and transferred into my Capitec Personal Loan account by Capitec! I was not informed of this decision, nor did I authorise such a transaction. My Capitec Loan debit order comes off my FNB Cheque account and not on my Capitec Savings account, and I do not know whether Capitec is trying to tell me that my savings are not safe under their care, and that they can do as they please since they have access to it. I find this to be utterly unacceptable and disrespectful to say the least! I will gladly close all these accounts and move my business elsewhere if this how they treat customers! Disgusting, and pure theft!
