Unauthorised deduction from my Bank Account
Hi I have picked up two Unauthorised deductions from my savings account one from hotspotter for R39.00 and one from Techtrace for R35.00 since Aug 2015 to Feb 2016. My concern is that I normally receive a sms notification regarding all deductions and I did not receipt any for these concerned. I want to know how and why this happened. I seems like an inside job from Capitec.
