Unauthorised debits

Call centre staff do not have the authority to apply business principles. It takes 10 business days to return an unauthorised debit. Is this the basis of their new venture Business Accounts? I will pass thanks.

You people are amazing, I am complaining about a matter that will take ten working days to be resolved and you respond that to investigate that will take 5 working days!!! Really!!!! On what planet are you?
