Unauthorised Debit orders (Sa Unathi Sage pay)

I have had a reoccurring unauthorized debit order of R99 (16 Jan 2019 Sa Unathi ********** 4 Sagepay) and (15 Feb 2019 Sa Unathi ********** 8 Sage pay). I have disputed the January debit order and stopped it; but it seems as if they use different reference numbers. Who is Sagepay and why are they debiting my account, this is clearly a ******** act and how can i stop this ****!

This is not the first time I have had to stop and disputed unknown debit orders and it seems as if Capitec Bank cannot protect our money in the bank.
