Unauthorised debit orders
I am so disappointed that once again Capitec is allowing unauthorised debits to go off my account. DMC loaded a debi check on my account which I cancelled and NEVER accepted and now they keep debiting my account. Last month I was able to dispute the debit order on my banking app but now I'm unable to do so. Your consultants are not even willing to assist on this matter, I need my money back as in yesterday please!!!!
