UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS BY CAPITEC BANK

My business had a rental agreement with a company called Telelink in 2018. And the agreement was financed by Mercantile rental finance for a period of 60 months. To date the agreement is 11 months beyond the agreed period and the debit orders are still being deducted by Capitec bank from my fnb business account. We have have been in contact with Capitec bank since August 2023 concerning the cancellation of the agreement as it has reached the agreed 60 month period. All our efforts through several phone calls and chain of emails, have failed. All the different departments are referring us to another to another and there is no end to this cycle.

Can someone please attend to this matter, Capitec bank can not just debit my business account for no reason. The ******* and unauthorised debit orders must stop and funds be refunded.
