UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS
ANY COMPANY THAT WANTS TO DEBIT MONEY FROM YOUR CAPITEC BANK CAN WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. I HAVE CALLED CAPITEC BANK TO NOTIFY THEM THAT I SEE A DEBICHECK MADE BY CLIENTELE LIFE AND I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT ,TO MY SURPRISE THE DEBICHECK WAS ALREADY BY CAPITEC ITSELF SO I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM TO CAPITEC AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CALL CLIENTELE LIFE OF WHICH I HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH THEM BUT I DID, TO CUT LONG STORY SHORT CAPITEC THEN AGAIN REQUESTED ME TO APPROVE OR DECLINE CLIENTELE LIFE AND I DID DECLINE EVEN ON THE APP IT SHOWS THAT THE DEBICHECK FOR CLIENTELE LIFE IS INACTIVE,BUT STILL MY MONEY WAS DEBITED TODAY
