Unauthorised debit orders
For the second time now i have been debited from my capitec account by an unknown loan company. I dont have any loans and everytime i go to the bank i am told they will reverse the debit order but i have to pay R30. This is totaly wrong. I have 3 accounts with other banks and this problem only happens with capitec.
