Unauthorised debit orders

Capitec Bank prides themselves in secure banking. Secure not so much, more like false advertising. This is now the second time unauthorised debits are made from my account. Capitec simply passes the buck advising to keep our information secure. I do not even divulge my banking info to my family. I would love to know how a company I have never heard of gains access to my account. Capitec also gives no information as to how they are going to improve on their lack of security. One is simply met with "we are doing our best". Time to switch to a new and secure bank.
