Unauthorised Debit Order Reversal
Three unauthorised debit orders is one month this is not on. When I request reversal so many questions are asked by call centre agent and yet they fail to ask suck strict question to the people who are taking money out of my account! As is if that is not enough I will be charged R35-00 per debit order.
Capitec I don't know what to do with you anymore every month unauthorized go through on my account. Can I be refunded fully ASAP. I cant wait 5 days for my money I need my money today. Its easy for ******* to get my money from you but harder for me to get my money back.
