Unauthorised debit order, non response from Incli

I had an unauthorised debit order on the 23/03/21,went to reverse it was told it can't be reversed ,I must call the company at hand which is Inclientele, which I did and was told the money will be back in my account in 30days.

Am on Capitec bank website, the information I got from the branch is totally different from what I see ,the website states that Debicheck debit orders can be reversed in 40days, yet I went in 5days ,but was told I couldn't. This makes me wonder what relationship does the two have , it's like am being pushed to 40days so that I must not get my money anymore.
