Unauthorised debit order & Interest deposit over counter

i had an unauthorised debit order go off my capitec bank account. The amount was quite huge for me. Yes, i had it reversed upon my visit to a capitec branch. Why did this happen? I though capitec had excellent systems in place? Glad i did check my account...this is not good as it could happen again!!!

Second fold issue: i went into the midrand capitec branch to deposit a huge some of monies. i was told that capitec encourages use of their ATM deposit process which is cheaper. yes, i was irritated to hear the rate of depositing huge sum of cash over the counter. I stated to the cashier i do not feel safe depositing such monies at an external ATM (especially South African's increasing crime rate) maybe capitec should learn from other banks and have an ATM installed within their branches for such deposits. The cashier further stated that the ATM outside of their branch does not have such a facility!!!!! amazing right! encourage to use the ATM for a lower rate deposit yet there is no such facility at the branch.
