Unauthorised debit order
Today capitec cradlestone mall refused to reverse an unauthorised debit order of R230 from legal cover on my husband's account, this is the first time i hear that we can no longer reverse especially something of this nature, so Capitec be advised that my baby does not have nappies but you are refusing my husband his human right of taking care of our kids.
