Unauthorised debit order

I had a funeral cover plan with Capitec Bank for some time until I left my job at the Gautrain.Since I was no longer getting a salary my funeral cover lapsed and it was cancelled and I received confirmation from Capitec about that.Yesterday a debit order of the funeral cover amount went off my account and I'm not happy with that as my funeral cover had lapsed due to non payment and those funds I had received I had intended to use them for something else.Why do I have to pay for something which I do not have any longer.I need my funds to be refunded to me before the matter is escalated even further.I am going to start new employment next month and won't be banking with Capitec due to such reasons of unfairness.I worked for various banks and I have never seen anything like this hence I'm escalating this matter as it is ********.
