Unauthorised debit order

Why am I all of a sudden getting an unauthorised debit order of R95 from my account worse there are obviously charges for me reversing that why would you have the audacity to authorise something I know nothing of worse it's an amount that's clear I won't take not of since it's lesser than the amount I get notified of coming in or out please don't test me guys I only have one debit and ever since I've banked with you guys this is my very first time having it and it's from last month why now this month I get unauthorised debits
