Unauthorised debit order

Capitec allowed and unauthorised debit order to be taken in my account immediately after funds went it 5k went out and I can’t even dispute the debit order, This is so sad coz I’ve arranged payment through link with the borrowers as my business is struggling with cash flow at moment and I even used the link to pay something already but today is not even date of loan repayment but immediately when money went in my account it was debited, I’m definitely changing the bank our money is not safe with them
