Unauthorised debit order charges on my account

I'm grateful for the feedback back I got from Scott of Capitec Bank Head Office. It's was such an enlightenment. They still didn't clear the unnecessary charges from my account of which I'm unable to use currently 😞😭 I committed to taking responsibility of 4 charges then the rest they'll have to clear.
