Unauthorised debit order

There were funds that were deposited to my savings account ,unauthorised transaction went through ,had to go personnal to one of the branches (Kolonade shopping centre) in Pretoria AND queried to why there was an early debit order when my date of payment is just around the corner having making the payments towards my loan in advance? I waited while they were solving the matter which I believe with the relevent department and they were very heplful reassurred , being sympathetic and the money was reversed within 30 minutes.
