Unauthorised debit order

<p>Last night I noticed that 1 unauthorised debit order was made from my account. I called CAPITEC and they not able to assist, i should go to a nearest branch. The references is M-CHOICE M-CHOICE ********** 2. My complaint is that it should not be possible for anyone to be able to start debiting your account without your consent. It is a huge security risk. A consultant by the name of Tshepo Mudau (call ref: ********** 0) could give me was the supposed reference number of the debitor which was Absa and the phone number given ********** 070</p>
