Unauthorised debit order

I am so disappointed with what capitec did, I had a debit order with this company called Zaca loans once had taken a loan and accepted their mandate unfortunately they didn’t get funds I was then given an account number to go pay it there I did exactly that and that was back in 2021. 3 years later I got debited by this very same company without me accepting anything and my bank didn’t even notify me of the tracking in my account by this company, please can I be told how does capitec allow this debit order that was not authorised to debit my account 3 years later without even sending me any sms or anything like that, I then now go to the bank to try and reverse it the bank cannot help me I was told I’ll get feedback and it’s been 2 days already capitec has not said anything . I’m really not happy because even *****sters can just come into my account and do as they please and I will get no help from capitec
