UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

I am disappointed about the unauthorised debt orders going off my account of R98 x 3 every month. I queried it the other month and I requested they do a stop order but to my surprise I am still being debited.

I requested for the contact number for the company debiting my account without authorisation and they gave me Southafrican Payments which I tried to call on ********** provided and there was no answer. Please assist on this because I noticed a lot of people are complaining about it and you wont be notified when they debt because they make sure they don't debt above R100 that will report on your phone.
