Unauthorised debicheck orders

More than half of my salary was debicheck by a company which I did not give permission to deduct. The bank could not give me any proof of who gave the approval . I told me to investigate and contact the people who deducted the money. I told them that there is nothing to investigate because it is their fault. It is my salary . I need to pay .y rent, etc. I have to wait 21 business day for forensics to investigate. I also made a case against Capitec at the SAPS. What's s weird is that One of the bank' s Rules is that they can dispute your money at a branch in case the approval was outside the mandate. I seems that that rule does' not count now. Like I said it's my salary and I want my money back immediately
